About the role

  • Work in the Technology area focusing on developing intelligent automation solutions, using software engineering, systems integration, and Artificial Intelligence resources
  • Design and evolve intelligent automations using AI and LLMs
  • Integrate AI models into internal systems via APIs
  • Develop services, APIs, and integrations between internal and external systems
  • Build pipelines and automated workflows using events, webhooks, and messaging
  • Work with platforms such as N8N, Power Automate, and custom workflows
  • Develop applied AI solutions (generative APIs, computer vision, natural language, and semantic search)
  • Work with data to generate insights, BI reports, and dashboards
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure the performance of automations and services
  • Apply engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, and observability
  • Document solutions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, data, product, and business)

Requirements

  • Experience with Python and/or .NET (C#)
  • Knowledge of API integration and service architecture
  • Experience with automation and workflow orchestration
  • Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation
  • Experience with Git and development best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
  • Basic knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and integration with knowledge bases
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and observability
  • Cost optimization mindset (FinOps) and solution efficiency
  • Programming in Python and/or .NET (C#)
  • Experience integrating systems (REST APIs, Webhooks, authentication, OAuth, JSON)
  • SQL knowledge for queries and data integration
  • Use of automation and workflow orchestration tools
  • Version control (Git) and engineering best practices
  • Practical experience (or strong familiarity) with applied AI for automation
  • Basic knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integration with knowledge bases
  • Creation of flows using prompt engineering
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD
  • Experience with Azure
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in Data Engineering and Automation activities, with work in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
