About the role

  • Map and analyze implementation requirements with clients.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and gather workflows to understand processes and business needs.
  • Design and implement customized solutions using the monday.com suite.
  • Configure advanced features related to governance, security, and access management.
  • Install and configure platform templates, apps, and automations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented environments.
  • Plan and deliver training for client users and teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the platform.
  • Plan, test, and execute data migrations to monday.com.
  • Plan and implement integrations with third-party applications.
  • Support the pre-sales team in preparing technical estimates for commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the creation and evolution of the monday.com service portfolio.
  • Work on multidisciplinary projects alongside other teams in the company.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or architecting solutions on the monday.com platform.
  • Knowledge of process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with workflow automation and configuration of SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
  • Experience with data migrations and deploying solutions in corporate environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
  • Experience working on collaborative projects with technical and commercial teams.
