About the role
- Act as a Trusted Advisor, supporting clients in defining and executing successful technology strategies.
- Define, monitor, and evolve the customer's technical journey based on assessments, recommendations, and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of contracted services, ensuring stable, high-performing, and resilient environments.
- Track the financial evolution of cloud environments, producing cost-optimization insights (FinOps).
- Support Solo's internal teams in understanding the customer's environment, facilitating Solo–Customer communication.
- Manage updates, vendor alerts, and high-complexity technical cases.
- Support the configuration, management, and operation of cloud environments and modern architectures.
- Contribute to reducing internal IT costs and improving the return on technology investments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud services: Azure, Google Cloud and/or AWS.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and integration of Active Directory with Azure.
- Knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat- or Debian-based distributions.
- Advanced knowledge of FinOps and financial management of cloud resources.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and firewalls.
- Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation).
- Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift® AI and Red Hat Enterprise Linux® AI.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models and applications is a plus.
