About the role
- Work in the Technical area handling, classifying and resolving first-level (N1) requests following runbooks/SOPs, ensuring the operational continuity of Data, AI, DevSecOps and Power Automation solutions.
- Escalate to N2/N3 when outside N1 scope and maintain complete records in ITSM systems.
- Log, qualify and prioritize tickets (Incident, Request, Change) in the ITSM.
- Verify whether the ticket is covered by contract.
- Ensure relevant information is documented in the DevOps Wiki.
- Validate that the technical team's delivery complies with the ticket requirements.
- Execute standardized routines in Data, AI, DevSecOps and Power Automate/Power Platform with a focus on stability and security.
- Perform health checks (jobs, pipelines, queues, flows) and reprocessing steps defined in runbooks.
- Assist with simple permissions and access in controlled environments.
- Monitor dashboards (Power BI/Fabric, ADF/Synapse/Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Power Automate) and act on N1 alarms.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in progress in IT Management
- Preferred certifications: AZ-900, DP-900, AI-900, PL-900, SC-900 (any combination)
- Plus: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or equivalent fundamentals
- Experience with Service Desk/N1 support or a technical hands-on internship in IT/Cloud/Data/Power Platform operations
- Desirable experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub, Power BI Service/Fabric or Power Automate
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English preferred
