About the role

  • Work in Cloud Support, providing qualified technical assistance to internal and external clients, focusing on incident resolution and supporting service continuity.
  • Stay up to date with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, and others).
  • Support the technical development of Junior Cloud Support Analysts.
  • Configure and manage cloud services (virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, databases, application services, Identity Management, network infrastructure, Kubernetes infrastructure, etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical teams (DevOps, Security, Data, etc.).
  • Implement cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS) according to ticket requirements.
  • Provide technical consulting to Solo clients.
  • Keep abreast of the latest cloud trends and technologies.
  • Participate in technical meetings and discussions.
  • Document tickets.
  • Provide Technical Support to Solo Network clients.
  • Design cloud architectures.
  • Automate infrastructure tasks (IaC) using market-standard tools such as ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, etc.

Requirements

  • Preferably based in São Paulo or Curitiba.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS).
  • Analytical ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Field of study: IT, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Engineering, related areas, or equivalent certification.
  • Preferred certifications: Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-500, among others), AWS, GCP.
