About the role

  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that support revenue, marketing, and customer analytics.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models using dbt, ensuring data is reliable, well-documented, and reusable.
  • Own data transformations and modeling logic across core GTM datasets.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate vague business questions into testable data models.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot data syncs using various tools.
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Marketo, and downstream analytics platforms.
  • Gather requirements from business units and navigate incomplete or conflicting inputs.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs for learning.
  • Ideate, hypothesize, and test solutions independently.
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in parallel, performing end-to-end testing across systems.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Sales/Marketing Systems
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern analytics stack (e.g., BigQuery + dbt).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Confidence to challenge assumptions and suggest better approaches.
