Evaluate incoming bid opportunities against company criteria, managing bid tenders and distributing them to the appropriate departments and teams; prioritise bids based on strategic alignment, potential profitability, and company capability.
Collaborate with teams on developing bid responses, ensuring accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
Track bids in progress, outlining potential risks and benefits, as well as the outcomes, collating feedback and providing points for improvement.
Participate in bid strategy sessions to understand client requirements and competitive landscape.
Contribute to the development of written proposals and presentations
Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Representing Solirius, if necessary, at pre-bid meetings.
Writing content for digital services, our web site and promotional materials.
Requirements
A strong degree in any discipline - particularly where analysing information and developing written conclusions forms a significant part of the syllabus,
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with team members, clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to write reports, proposals (e.g. dissertations)
Attention to detail, and strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
Ability to analyse and condense large amounts of information.
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel) and Google Suites.
