About the role
- Drive qualified B2B lead generation for the Sales team
- Develop and manage a “growth stack” budget
- Implement a contact identification and management strategy
- Monitor and develop tools and strategies to improve the acquisition process
- Establish brand awareness and conversion strategies on social media
- Create and manage acquisition campaigns
- Analyze current traffic data and optimize conversion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in B2B (excluding internships) as an Acquisition/Traffic Manager or Growth Hacker
- Digital marketing specialist with strong command of channels and tools
- Curious, creative, and passionate about new technologies, the web, and growth hacking; embraces a 'test-and-learn' approach
- Autonomous, proactive, resourceful, rigorous, and organized
- Bold, with a strong taste for challenge
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and a close tracker of campaign performance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a team and firmly believes in the power of collaboration
