About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Partner with the CFO and executive team to provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Translate business strategy into scalable accounting and financial processes.
Lead all core accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition, and fixed assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive automation and tooling improvements across the finance function.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, including leadership roles.
Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader in a high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
Background in building and scaling accounting processes and systems.
CPA or equivalent designation (nice-to-have).
Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven business model (nice-to-have).
