About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Solina Group on the design and development of training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning training programs
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Manage the learning management system and maintain accurate training records
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Collaborate with employees and managers on performance management, career paths, and individual development plans
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in L&D and/or training
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work 100% on-site at the Bolingbrook, Illinois facility
