About the role

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission needs, workflows, and data requirements.
  • Develop and maintain artifacts such as user stories, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support Agile teams by refining backlog items, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
  • Support data governance, integration, and reporting requirements, including structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Assist with validation and verification activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to system documentation, training materials, and change management efforts.
  • Ensure requirements align with security, compliance, and operational constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or software development projects.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and web application architectures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
