About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Solidgate's presence across target Western Europe markets — owning how we show up through events, ecosystem activity, and brand visibility from day one
- Build and own a commercially relevant network of founders, CEOs, and product leaders — the people who actually sign payment infrastructure contracts
- Partner with all sales team to turn brand and community into a qualified pipeline — every activation has a clear answer to: why does this bring us closer to a client?
- Activate existing strategic partnerships and establish new ones that generate referrals and co-marketing opportunities in Western Europe
- Design and run events people genuinely want to attend — not panels or webinars, but the side event everyone's talking about and the dinner where the right 20 people are in the room
- Work the conference circuit strategically — industry-leading events — and be visible where decisions get made.
- Develop media relationships and earn coverage that positions Solidgate as the builder's choice in European payments — a consistent market signal, not a press release machine
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have built or grown a B2B or fintech brand in Western Europe and know how to create real value before asking for anything in return
- You have an actual network in the relevant markets — not a LinkedIn contact list, but relationships with people who take your calls
- You think commercially at all times — every event, every article, every activation has a clear answer to: why does this bring us closer to a client?
- You are genuinely comfortable operating without structure — you define it as you go, with zero dependency on being told what to do next
- You know the difference between brand-building and brand-performing, between noise and signal — and you build for real metrics
- You have worked at the intersection of startups and venture capital — you understand how founders think and how ecosystem trust is actually built
- You have experience in strategic partnerships or founder-facing roles at high-growth technology companies
- You have existing relationships inside European technology ecosystems — Endeavor, VC networks, fintech communities — that you can activate from day one.
