About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive execution - ship projects and features that move the product forward, hit commitments, and unblock the team

- Own planning and prioritization - build and maintain a clear roadmap, make trade-off calls grounded in business goals, and keep the team focused on what matters most
- Lead your cross-functional team - connect engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders into a coherent delivery machine
- Set the standard - bring the craft: structured thinking, clear documentation, sharp prioritization, and a culture of shipping with quality
- Measure and improve - define success metrics, track outcomes, and use data to course-correct fast
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years as a Product Manager with a proven delivery track - shipped products, not just managed roadmaps
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution without direct authority
- Strong prioritization skills grounded in business goals, not stakeholder noise
- Able to navigate complex, multi-layered problems - this domain has many edge cases and no shortcuts
- Systematic thinker who finds structure in ambiguity and communicates it clearly
- Already using AI to optimize how you and your team work
- Experience in payments - 3DS, acquirer routing, tokenization - you know the domain
- Technical background - enough to read architecture docs and earn engineering trust
- Hands-on with data - SQL or BI tools, you go to the source yourself
- Experience building interfaces or embedding AI into the product.
