About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with current information
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Prepare and send offer letters, employment agreements, and pre-employment documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting on hiring progress and pipeline status
- Coordinate background checks
- Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and documentation requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred
- Previous experience in coordinating virtual and in-person recruiting events
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
