About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Major Gifts, responsible for executing, supporting, and helping grow the mid-level donor program
Contribute to a donor-centric, multichannel approach
Engage, retain, and reactivate current and lapsed mid-level donors
Identify and transition donors into major gift portfolios
Monitor the performance of the mid-level donor program and various segments
Ensure accurate analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting
Track donor interactions and ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts
Leverage emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance stewardship, segmentation, and engagement efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of fundraising experience
Experience working on or supporting a mid-level giving program preferred
Demonstrated experience engaging donors and managing moves management processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while communicating effectively with stakeholders
Strong commitment to the mission of Soles4Souls
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leveraging AI tools in fundraising efforts
Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM systems
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Ability to travel to events and meetings across the country as needed
