About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to SOS field inventory processes
- Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, facility, operational, and corporate goals
- Assist with business development activities for new and existing service offerings
- Promote, build, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use
- Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and improvements
- Follow standard operating and safety procedures
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Travel to claim site locations within the geographic area
- Work independently without direct onsite supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong problem-solving and project-management skills while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ability to work in adverse post-loss insurance claim conditions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent personal organization and leadership skills
- Results-oriented ability to accomplish work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty claims experience is a plus
- Restoration industry experience is a plus
- Ability to travel to site locations within the geographic area
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions
- Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle available for use
- Professional personal and vehicle appearance
- Ability to follow Enservio safety standards
