About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and field salespeople across multiple states
  • Set clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and professional development opportunities for the sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets across multiple regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple states or regions, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and lead a geographically dispersed team
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance and decision-making
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
