About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct and oversee Solera’s channel sales policies, objectives, and growth initiatives
  • Provide executive mentorship and performance management for team of 2 Directors and 9 Sellers
  • Develop and execute "land and expand" strategies for existing VARs
  • Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new high-potential channel partners
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, and Pricing teams to lead negotiations
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing sales processes and performance reviews
  • Align with product, marketing, and customer experience leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • At least 5 years in channel sales or partner management at a senior level
  • Experience managing a multi-tiered sales organization
  • Deep familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or fleet management software industries
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating large-scale, complex contracts
  • Mastery of Challenger-based or other value-based sales methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
