About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise dealers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of services
- Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with auto dealers to foster strong relationships
- Support the sales team by understanding products and services
- Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in technology and tools including Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and LinkedIn
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% depending on the size of the region.
