Key responsibilities & impact- Champion the integration of AI-powered tooling across the engineering organization
- Own an AI product enablement strategy
- Continuously improve the engineering operating model
- Track delivery health indicators and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and scale a global engineering organization
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Solera's cloud-native microservices platform
- Serve as the primary engineering voice in executive conversations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- 7+ years leading engineering teams at scale
- Proven change management experience
- Deep fluency in cloud-native architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in highly regulated domains is a strong advantage
