  • Provide L4 support experience in leading 24x7 on-call support
  • Support a broad range of technologies (Windows/Linux, multi-tier web applications)
  • Effectively deploy applications by building automation suites

Requirements

  • L4 support experience in leading 24x7 on-call support for highly critical customer-facing applications
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments

  • Familiarity with Public & Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Networking basic knowledge (F5, HAproxy)
