About the role

  • Lead market and client discovery to identify and validate opportunities and build business cases, including financial modeling and market sizing.
  • Translate insights into value propositions, positioning, and messaging; create GTM narratives.
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, ROI calculators, and competitive battle cards.
  • Partner with Product to validate market demand and translate roadmap into GTM strategy.
  • Define and execute pricing and packaging strategies with Finance, Sales, and leadership.
  • Serve as commercial lead for product launches to ensure positioning and adoption.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs and deliver insights to executive team for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in product management, including 2+ years with direct commercial ownership (pricing, GTM strategy, or P&L influence).
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with payers or large employers. Knowledge of value-based care is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing and commercializing B2B products for business buyers.
  • Proven ability to build and defend business cases, including financial modeling.
  • Comfortable developing sales assets, business cases, and pricing models directly.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without direct reports.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker able to connect market insights with strategy.
