About the role

  • Define and execute the Digital Network Partner Strategy, ensuring alignment with Solera’s product and revenue objectives.
  • Oversee the digital and condition network curation process, identifying bottlenecks that prevent speed-to-market and ensuring consistency across contracts and digital health provider price books.
  • Contribute to the strategic Digital Network Roadmap by identifying innovative digital health providers (from current and prospective partners) aligned with emerging market trends.
  • Lead the contracting and onboarding of digital health provider networks forecasted to launch each fiscal year.
  • Develop a standardized approach for Network Operations to manage digital and hybrid providers.
  • Be accountable for the KPI performance of each digital and network provider, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy.
  • Drive best-in-class partner negotiations that balance speed-to-market with long-term strategic value.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize partner performance, identify root causes of challenges, and design actionable solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
  • Partner with Product teams to integrate digital health providers into training and education for new condition rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Commercial Sales to create digital-first sales training and provider materials.
  • Partner with Clinical and Product in establishing milestones for each Digital Condition Network.
  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to leverage digital health provider resources in support of Solera’s business development efforts.
  • Build and structure the Digital Network Partner Strategy organization to exceed goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction in a digital-first ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in managing and marketing digital health solutions.
  • Leadership experience within a Payer organization and deep understanding of unmet payer needs in managing chronic condition and digital health solutions.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiations, with the ability to secure favorable terms while building strong, collaborative provider relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks that accelerate adoption and scalability of digital health provider networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsets, with the ability to translate complex data and market dynamics into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritize speed-to-market in digital health launches.
  • Experience acting as a thought partner to leadership, representing perspectives that may challenge current strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading a cross-functional, digital-first organization that delivers measurable strategic outcomes.
