About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and update customized marketing collateral to support customer training, onboarding, and education
  • Translate sector priorities into clear, usable tools for sales teams, including presentations, guides, and leave-behinds
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and reflect current messaging and value propositions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of national trade shows and association events from logistics through on-site delivery
  • Help ensure brand consistency and strong visual presence across all events
  • Capture and document event performance, including lead quality, engagement, and overall effectiveness
  • Maintain a 12-month marketing calendar to ensure visibility into all sector activities and key milestones
  • Support development of activation plans by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Assist in tracking budget allocation and spend against planned activities
  • Provide input into KPI tracking and goal progression based on campaign and event performance
  • Manage and track campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring accurate setup, execution, and reporting
  • Support campaign execution and performance tracking, including data management and results reporting
  • Assist with ROI tracking by organizing campaign data and supporting analysis
  • Execute HubSpot workflows, including email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and list management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, marketing operations, and digital platforms (CRM and marketing automation tools)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Skilled at working with and analyzing data and trends
  • Ability to solve problems, improve processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Business-to-business experience desired
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer savvy with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, CRM, HubSpot, CoPilot
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
