About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Site Manager for an assigned account in the Saint Paul Park area
  • Create value for assigned customers through technical service
  • Maintain and grow revenue at customer location
  • Oversee site projects and priorities, have ownership for the expected level of service provided
  • Develop and maintain business relationships
  • Lead and mentor others on the team, may assign work and schedule workflow
  • Provide value added consultative program control advice to customers
  • Review treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment)
  • Manage day-to-day activities and prioritization of projects and responsibilities
  • Conduct annual business reviews
  • Maintain and build business/customer relationships
  • Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs
  • Establish, maintain, and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC
  • Manage profitability of the accounts assigned
  • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years’ experience in water treatment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science related field
  • Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills
  • Experience providing field customer support including technical, operational and laboratory expertise
  • Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills - able to accurately and concisely convey complex technical concepts to all individuals of all levels of experience both in a written and oral format
  • Focus on safety
