About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the local site team with the design and implementation of treatment programs
- Routine service visits and testing as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate reports after each service visit and distribute as required
- Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and puts together a plan for corrective action, ensures the sales account manager is kept informed
- Look for growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with growth opportunities at prospect accounts as required
- Ensures customer personnel receive the required training to monitor and apply treatment chemistry used at their facility
- Analyze data and ensure program performance using KPIs
- Report safety metrics to customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree; or 5+ years relevant industrial experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- 5 years+ of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility
- Within a commutable distance to the Boston and Springfield area
