Hold full P&L accountability for a $25–50 million industrial water treatment business across South Texas
Drive revenue growth, retain key customers across refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing segments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/business field
10+ years of progressive experience in industrial water treatment
At least 5+ years in a commercial management role leading, hiring and developing teams
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving sales growth in the water treatment industry
Established network and working knowledge of the South Texas industrial market
