About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hold full P&L accountability for a $25–50 million industrial water treatment business across South Texas
- Drive revenue growth, retain key customers across refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing segments
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan
- Manage, mentor, and recruit a diverse team of Account Managers, Field Service Representatives, and technical specialists
- Ensure strict adherence to district-wide safety protocols and environmental compliance regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related technical/business field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial water treatment
- At least 5+ years in a commercial management role leading, hiring and developing teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving sales growth in the water treatment industry
- Established network and working knowledge of the South Texas industrial market
