About the role
- Sales growth of the territory by controlling attrition in existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business
- Providing value added consultative program advice to our customers
- Maintain and build business/customer relationships
- Manage a team of a minimum of 8 direct reports
- Conduct the necessary management of the Solenis Pool & Spa dealer direct and distribution brands in the Central region of the US
- Work with new and existing accounts within your region
- Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Associate Director Pro Dealer
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required
- Experience in the pool & spa industry will be considered in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the pool & spa industry (preferred)
- Proven record of Leadership and Mentoring new employees
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
- Must be authorized to work in the US; No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
