About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation, auditing, and optimization of Clean-in-Place systems in the Food & Beverage sector
- Solve complex customer application–related problems
- Collaborate with client groups and the sales team to develop solutions
- Support the sales team in business development, solution design, trials, and after-sales service
- Responsible for the performance and results of the sales team within the assigned area
- Onboard new employees and monitor existing employees’ application-related skills through training
- Conduct on-site surveys to establish and optimize cleaning and sanitizing programs for customers
- Implement new products, dispensers, and equipment at customer sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in food science or engineering (Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical field with hands-on site exposure, preferably in QC/QA or production environments
- Strong chemistry background with proven on-site problem-solving experience
- Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial value to customers
- Capable of delivering basic technical training and effectively sharing and transferring knowledge to the sales team
- Computer proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software
- English proficiency sufficient for internal organizational communication
- Willingness to travel and work in up-country locations
