About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join Diversey’s fast-growing industrial team with a strong focus on food & beverage customers as a Technical Sales Representative.
- Build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver hands-on hygiene, sanitation, and process solutions across leading beverage and brewery operations.
- Transform marketing strategy into operational sales plans to increase sales volumes and margins.
- Conduct market analysis including market trends, competitor movements, and business environment.
- Drive new business acquisition while establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities by analyzing deal requirements, market strategies, risks, and developing contracts aligned with company strategy.
- Ensure effective execution at customer sites, including equipment and system installation, customer order planning, and on-site project coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or sales experience in the beverage, dairy, alcohol, or food industries.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid demonstrated presentation skills
- Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
- Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
- Able to communicate in English with Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
