About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach and set standards for the TCS engineering team
Deliver training to engineers, office teams, sales teams, contractors and customers
Support new starter induction and ongoing development
Complete field service work for at least half of your working time
Work with Planning and Equipment teams to maximise efficiency and ensure up-to-date technical information
Align resources to meet goals, targets and service expectations
Create clear engineering briefs for rollouts and ensure full understanding across the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of technical experience
A strong focus on service excellence
Passion for training, coaching and developing others
A keen eye for detail and high standards
Ability to inspire and motivate both peers and direct reports
Proven leadership skills through project work or team management
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
