About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial support for plant operations, including monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting
Partner closely and collaboratively with plant leaders to monitor performance, explain variances, and drive accountability to budget and forecasts
Analyze manufacturing and supply chain costs, including production, inventory and logistics to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities
Contribute to and support budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and supply chain operations
Review and manage inventory performance, including excess/obsolete inventory, write-offs, and operational drivers
Provide insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and operational efficiency
Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5 years + of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling
Manufacturing/Plant Finance and cost accounting
Standard costing and cost absorption analysis
Inventory analysis
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel required; reporting tools preferred)
Ability to interpret complex data and effectively communicate insights
Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting background
SAP or ERP systems
Strong business partnering skills; ability to influence without authority
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
