About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently maintain and grow TASKI business and implement set targets within the designated sales region
  • Build and maintain close customer relationships; sell chemical products, machines, equipment, services, and accessories
  • Independently or jointly acquire new customers, taking into account new product concepts and technical systems
  • Provide chemical, equipment, and machine support to specialist wholesale distributors
  • Present/demonstrate new products, machines, and systems, and train customer personnel and colleagues
  • Organize and plan territory management based on financial KPIs (revenue, SGP, Esta figures, etc.) and prepare reports
  • Close collaboration with internal departments including internal and external sales, TCS machine service, application engineering, and other sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial or technical/vocational education
  • At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably with capital/investment goods
  • Chemical and technical knowledge, and experience in the cleaning industry with chemical products, machines, and equipment are advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, necessary persistence, and a communicative personality
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Very good MS Office skills and ideally CRM experience
