About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors
  • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Northern Alberta District
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards companywide

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required
  • Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset.
