International Account Director – Channels
SolenisInternational Account Director responsible for commercial strategy and partnerships driving growth for channels in Europe. Focus on strategic relationships and consistent execution across the region.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for delivering sustainable organic growth across a portfolio of strategic partners
- Increasing market penetration and strengthening partnerships
- Ensuring consistent execution across countries
- Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners and local country teams
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships at both central and local levels
- Deliver measurable organic revenue growth across the channel portfolio
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities within distributor networks
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in senior commercial roles (e.g. Country, Channel, Key Account, Business Development)
- Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth
- Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international role
- Solid understanding of indirect / distributor-led business models
- High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
