About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for delivering sustainable organic growth across a portfolio of strategic partners
  • Increasing market penetration and strengthening partnerships
  • Ensuring consistent execution across countries
  • Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners and local country teams
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships at both central and local levels
  • Deliver measurable organic revenue growth across the channel portfolio
  • Identify and activate new growth opportunities within distributor networks
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in senior commercial roles (e.g. Country, Channel, Key Account, Business Development)
  • Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth
  • Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international role
  • Solid understanding of indirect / distributor-led business models
  • High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
