International Account Director – Channels
SolenisInternational Account Director Channels responsible for accelerating growth across European channel partners in Cleaning & Hygiene segment. Leading commercial strategy and execution across multiple markets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners and local country teams
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships at both central and local levels
- Deliver measurable organic revenue growth across the channel portfolio
- Drive accountability and performance across markets
- Act as a senior commercial leader within the European channel organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in senior commercial roles (e.g. Country, Channel, Key Account, Business Development)
- Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth
- Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international role
- Solid understanding of indirect / distributor-led business models
- High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
