About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with all statutory regulations
- Process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing
- Effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance, vendors
- Proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager
- Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors
- Takes part in audit and other common related activities once required
- Manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Keen interest in pursuing career in HR Operations area and eagerness to learn
- Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers
- min. B2 level in English (both written and spoken)
- Open minded with good level of motivation and initiative, self-discipline, task prioritization
- Very good communication skills
- Nice to have: Experience in HR Operations (preferably minimum 1 – 2 years in payroll, benefits, taxes, staff cases or similar)
- Experience in Kronos, Workday or any other time and attendance system
- Additional language will be strong asset
