About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute the Hospitality Business strategy for the designated territory
  • Responsible for Business Development and Key Account Management in the Hospitality/ Food Service Domain
  • Focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning
  • Develop rapport with key Accounts in the assigned territory
  • Evaluate key competitor activities and prepare defensive strategic ploys
  • Develop business relationships with key decision makers
  • Implement customer training & education programs with the team
  • Plan daily, weekly, and annual objectives to maximize customer contact and effectiveness
  • Update all sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Provide monthly updates to the direct manager on tracking against KPI’s and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Overall Experience in B2B selling/Institutional Selling in Food Service or Hospitality or related Segment
  • Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
  • Drive for results, Customer Focus, Integrity, and trust
  • Passion for selling the product
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, preferred
