Sales Representative – Hospitality

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth in the Southern areas by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships, deliver sustainable hygiene solutions, and ensure satisfaction through regular site visits and responsive support.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively address client needs to reduce churn and enhance long-term partnerships.
- Allocate approximately 50% of your time to identifying and acquiring new hospitality clients in the eastern area.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market presence within your territory.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, marketing) and external stakeholders (hotel operations, procurement, sustainability teams) to align solutions with customer goals.
- Promote value-added and sustainable cleaning and hygiene innovations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Utilize digital tools and perform on-site minor adjustments or troubleshooting as needed to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- A customer-focused mindset, with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket, Samui and nearby provinces if required by the business.
- A strong sense of ownership, drive, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.
