Key responsibilities & impact

Drive sustainable growth by translating marketing strategies into sales plans
Expand market share and build strong customer relationships within the food processing, beverage, brewery, and dairy industries across Southern Vietnam.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and Customer Service teams to deliver value-driven solutions
Conduct market analysis including industry trends, competitor movements, customer needs, and business environment insights
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities
Establish, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development, with prior hands-on experience in Production, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance within the food, beverage, dairy, or alcohol industries.
Strong understanding of food processing, beverage, brewery, or dairy manufacturing processes
Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.
Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
