About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the financial analysis related to customer contracts and pricing for key North American customers
Manage, lead, develop, coach and mentor a team of analysts
Lead Excel based financial analysis for customer deals including margin improvement
Partner with Leadership to drive sales in each sector
Responsible for effective and efficient customer deal execution
Collaborate with Global Pricing team to develop, implement and leverage best practice pricing tools and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Business degree preferred)
Experience leading a team
Minimum 5 years’ combined experience in Pricing and/or Financial Analysis
Demonstrated proficiency all MS Office applications, with a high proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with pricing software (e.g. Vistex, PriceFx, etc) and SAP preferred.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Collaborative team player
