About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the Southeast accounts team focusing on safety, contract terminology and pricing consistency
- Manage the effective execution of Solenis IWT NA Region Team strategies
- Assess performance, define improvements, and align resources to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Achieve new product launch targets
- Lead the sales and technical team in safety and environmental excellence
- Work closely with HR to assess personnel and develop key leaders and performers
- Continually assess tactical opportunities in conjunction with marketing and global leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS (Engineering or Science preferred) or equivalent
- 10+ years leadership and/or sales management experience
