About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Function mainly as an electrical engineer for equipment development related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.
Develop and design new equipment offerings as the Electrical Engineer expert.
Collaborate with commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.
Ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.
Ensure projects meet commercial needs and are ready for handover to the equipment launch team upon completion.
Measure on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining strict safety protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Field (Electrical Engineering or other relevant degree).
8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development.
Strong project management experience.
Experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.
Ability to travel 30-40%
