About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support the technical team in field operations.
Manage complex chemical dosing and evaluate product performance.
Develop and implement action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee equipment installation projects and the assembly of dosing lines.
Prepare and present technical, cost, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain close relationships with clients.
Identify improvement opportunities, sustainability projects, and value-generation initiatives.
Provide technical support to strategic planning based on client needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical diploma in Chemistry, Pulp and Paper, or a university degree in a chemical-related field.
Experience in technical operations.
Knowledge of industrial processes and chemical product application.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different organizational levels.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
