About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system
- Handle order inquiries for internal and external customers
- Approve new customer creation in Salesforce
- Initiate rush order processing
- Provide prompt and high-quality telephone support
- Assist in communicating and resolving complaints from internal and external customers
- Document received orders and customer addenda for internal/external customers, attaching them to the system
- Process and track return orders and credit memos
- Follow department processes established by management, documenting them in the appropriate drivers and other controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; college/university degree preferred
- Reside in the Campinas area (local candidates preferred)
- Experience with SAP
