About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system
Handle order inquiries for internal and external customers
Approve new customer creation in Salesforce
Initiate rush order processing
Provide prompt and high-quality telephone support
Assist in communicating and resolving complaints from internal and external customers
Document received orders and customer addenda for internal/external customers, attaching them to the system
Process and track return orders and credit memos
Follow department processes established by management, documenting them in the appropriate drivers and other controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required; college/university degree preferred
Reside in the Campinas area (local candidates preferred)
Experience with SAP
