Requirements
- 8–10+ years in sales leadership or business growth across multiple countries
- proven ability to build and scale sales teams in complex, international markets
- field-oriented, hands-on leader with high cultural awareness across China, Japan, and South Korea
- demonstrated experience in corporate or strategic account development
- strong P&L understanding, commercial acumen, and strategic execution skills
- servant leadership style with exceptional people development and coaching capabilities
- willingness to travel extensively (multi-week regional trips, extended in-market stays)
