About the role
- Function mainly as a development engineer for equipment related projects in the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business.
- Developing and designing new equipment offerings to fit new commercial efforts with collaboration from commercial teams, equipment vendors and the Solenis Launch team.
- Ideation, design, drawing/manual development and construction oversight of brand new to market equipment offerings.
- Primary contact on new equipment design projects to ensure they meet commercial needs and ready for handover to the equipment launch team upon completion.
- Measured in on time delivery of projects within defined budget and operating parameters while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering Field (Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering).
- 8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience in CAD or other relevant drawing programs.
- Ability to travel 30-40%
