About the role
- Independently manage and execute complex productivity and transformation projects from initiation through completion
- Own delivery of North America productivity targets; track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead cost synergy initiatives from acquisitions and other productivity initiatives
- Engage stakeholders including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Drive change management: adoption of new processes and tools and ensure smooth transitions
- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven updates and dashboards to track project performance and productivity outcomes
- Connect tactical execution with broader business goals and support decision-making through financial modeling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial, project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and productivity improvements in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience managing post-merger integration or cost synergy projects (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations (a plus)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to connect tactical execution with broader business goals
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled in influencing and driving change across diverse teams
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Willingness to work remotely within the United States
