About the role

Independently manage and execute complex productivity and transformation projects from initiation through completion
Own delivery of North America productivity targets; track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Lead cost synergy initiatives from acquisitions and other productivity initiatives
Engage stakeholders including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in
Drive change management: adoption of new processes and tools and ensure smooth transitions
Develop and deliver clear, data-driven updates and dashboards to track project performance and productivity outcomes
Connect tactical execution with broader business goals and support decision-making through financial modeling

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
8+ years of experience in commercial, project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles
Proven track record of delivering cost savings and productivity improvements in complex, matrixed organizations
Experience managing post-merger integration or cost synergy projects (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations (a plus)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to connect tactical execution with broader business goals
Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled in influencing and driving change across diverse teams
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Willingness to work remotely within the United States
