About the role

  • Independently manage and execute complex productivity and transformation projects from initiation through completion
  • Own delivery of North America productivity targets; track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead cost synergy initiatives from acquisitions and other productivity initiatives
  • Engage stakeholders including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Drive change management: adoption of new processes and tools and ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop and deliver clear, data-driven updates and dashboards to track project performance and productivity outcomes
  • Connect tactical execution with broader business goals and support decision-making through financial modeling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, project management, transformation, or operational excellence roles
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and productivity improvements in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing post-merger integration or cost synergy projects (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations (a plus)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to connect tactical execution with broader business goals
  • Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled in influencing and driving change across diverse teams
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
  • Willingness to work remotely within the United States
