About the role

  • Ensure order and revenue growth of company products and services
  • Analyze and meet customer needs; develop and implement sales plans
  • Obtain orders and establish new accounts; plan and organize daily work
  • Call on existing and potential sales customers
  • Keep management informed through regular activity reports and communications
  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel in SFDC system
  • Service assigned accounts and recommend changes in chemical dosages and flow rates
  • Work with existing customers to seek new applications for existing products

Requirements

  • BS Degree (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering)
  • 3-5 years experience in water treatment chemical application of chemical process
  • High level of integrity
  • Good reading & writing skills in English
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
  • Ability to interface and influence all levels of customer organization
  • Good problem solving, planning & time management skills
