About the role
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in Salesforce.com
- Track and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Business Development Management experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Experience with strategic planning and market development
