About the role

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in Salesforce.com
  • Track and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Business Development Management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Experience with strategic planning and market development
